Design Direction I teamed up with Sugar Lab to craft shapes like Buddhas and matcha mixers to bring calm and whimsy into the match market. Packaging reflects a zen-inspired theme with elegant simplicity, soothing colors, and clean visual cues to match the flavor’s mood.
