I led a full brand refresh to position ITC as a modern, forward-focused staffing partner. The logo was redesigned to feel more current, setting the tone for the updated visual system. The project included brand guidelines, business cards, and a suite of marketing materials, including customizable pitch decks and sales collateral. I designed infographics and digital sales slicks to support client outreach and helped create branded merchandise for trade shows and meetings. The new identity extended across print, digital, and a proposed office signage system—ultimately supporting a 24% increase in new client acquisitions.
