Ambassadors International engaged me to lead art direction and design for Isuzu Trucks’ incentive campaign “The Thrill of It All.” Top-performing sales teams were rewarded with a shopping spree weekend trip at Fashion Island in Newport Beach. The goal was to create excitement and prestige around the incentive.

Design Direction I created a campaign identity with a carnival-meets-luxury feel. Visuals needed to feel theatrical and unexpected yet upscale. I designed announcement brochures, custom dimensional mailers (with a carnival mask, talking shopping bag, winner poster), and tarot card inspired reminder postcards. Every piece built momentum toward the event.

Outcome A memorable, multi‐touch campaign that built anticipation, engagement, and prestige. The visual identity elevated the entire experience and reinforced Isuzu’s investment in its top performers. The campaign was well received by participants, stood out in internal communications, and earned design awards for its creativity and execution.
