  • Meeting of the Minds is ADP’s annual client conference focused on connection, education, and hands-on learning. The event brings together over 2,000 HCM and payroll professionals for in-depth training, strategic sessions, and direct access to ADP experts and executives. With a focus on maximizing ADP tools and technology, this multi-day event is built to inform, inspire, and elevate the client experience.

  • For this event, I developed a full suite of branded materials that aligned with the “Art of Learning” theme. This included the event website, email marketing, meeting letterhead, and a printed launch brochure. I also designed a fold-out, pocket-style on-site program that served as a practical and branded guide for attendees. The goal was to create cohesive visuals that felt informative, elevated, and easy to navigate throughout the entire event experience.
